1. What are your hours?

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9 AM to 6 PM

Tuesday and Thursday - 9 AM to 7 PM

Saturday - 9 AM to 1 PM

Sundays - closed

2. How much does a library card cost?: Nothing. Library cards are issued for free to patrons residing in our service area.

3. Does it cost anything to attend programs?: No. All library programs and events are offered to the public for free.

4. Can I make copies or send a fax there?: Yes. Copies can be made for 10 cents per page, black and white or one dollar per page for color. A fax may be received or sent for one dollar per page.

5. How can I help the library? Do you accept donations?: You can join our volunteer program, volunteer with the Stilwell Public Library Friends Society, or make a financial donation to the library to be used for capital improvements. At this time, we are unable to accept book donations in large quantities, though we do accept recently published books that are in very good condition.

1. Do we pick up limbs and furniture?: Yes. First, we will send someone out to look at what items you have and will call you back to tell you about pricing. Pricing is done by the size of the vehicle we have to use or the number of pieces of furniture you have.

2. Can we cut trees on personal property?: No. It's against the law for us to come onto personal property.

3. Can we give any kind of materials or surplus away?: No. The city must auction all materials and surplus.

4. Will we pick up tires?: No. You can take them to one of the tire shops and they can help you dispose of them.

5. What are your hours?: Our hours are from Monday - Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We start picking up trash at 6:30 AM.

6. What do I have to put my trash in?: Your trash must be in any type of barrel with the trash in trash bags that are closed. We will not pick up any loose trash.

1. Do I need a yard sale permit?: If you are having a yard sale with in the city limits you will need a yard sale permit.

2. How much do yard sale permits cost?: Yard sale permits do not cost anything. They are free.
